For 11 years I've designed and operated the GTM infrastructure behind growth across lifecycle, MarTech, web, and AI-driven automation. Not as a specialist in any one channel, but as the person who sees how all of them connect.

Where automation breaks silently.
Where process looks fine on paper but fails in reality.
That's usually where I start.
Because fixing the symptom without understanding the system just moves the problem somewhere else.
