Automation Systems

I design backend flows that sync your tools, score your leads, and run tasks that used to eat up your team’s time.

Email & SMS Campaigns

I build full-funnel journeys that don’t just get clicks, they drive retention. Every flow I write is based on user behaviour and tested for lift.

I build landing pages with clean UX, SEO structure, and conversion at the core.

Performance and polish, front to back.

I optimize the journey from click to conversion with A/B tests, behavior mapping, and UX insights that turn friction into flow.

I architect marketing stacks that communicate with each other, syncing data, enriching leads, and automating triggers across your CRM and ESP.

I fine-tune microcopy, onboarding flows, and CTAs to make the message clearer, the action smoother, and the conversion higher.

Every project

tells a story

Sometimes it’s about boosting clicks.

Sometimes it’s reducing churn.

Sometimes it’s helping a small team scale.

How The Magic Works

Behind every click and conversion is a story. I design lifecycle systems that don’t just send emails, they guide people through a journey.

With strategy, copy, and automation stitched together, I build flows that feel personal at scale.

From the first hello to the last nudge, it’s all about creating connections that move people and the numbers.

  • Deliverables: goal statement, target segment, definition of done.

I get crisp on the business goal, the audience, and the constraints. We define the single success metric and guardrails so every decision supports the outcome.

  • Deliverables: issues list, quick-win opportunities, benchmark snapshot.

I review current journeys, lists, templates, and tracking. I look for friction, timing gaps, and message mismatch. I pull quick insights from GA4 and Hotjar to confirm what users do, not just what we think.

  • Deliverables: hypothesis backlog, RICE or ICE scoring, 2–3 picks for the next cycle.

I translate findings into testable ideas, then stack-rank by impact and effort. I pick a small number of high-leverage changes to ship first.

  • Tools: Figma for the map, Webflow for landing states, Klaviyo or HubSpot for logic

I map the flow, triggers, and branches. I define segments, message angles, and timing for each step. I write sample subject lines and CTAs that match the moment.
Deliverables: journey diagram, message outline, timing plan.

  • Deliverables: live flow, reusable templates, data mappings.

I create modular templates so production is fast and consistent. I wire events, properties, and webhooks, and I set up automations in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce. For ops work, I connect systems with Zapier or Make.

  • Deliverables: QA checklist, test records, sign-off notes.

I run end-to-end tests for logic, rendering, tracking, and edge cases. I validate consent and preferences, then run through legal or compliance review when needed.

  • Deliverables: launch plan, realtime dashboard, first-week readout.

I soft-launch with a limited segment or holdout control. I monitor early indicators, compare against the benchmark, and capture quick fixes.

  • Deliverables: experiment log, playbook updates, next sprint plan.

I run a tight feedback loop, document what worked, and scale the winners. I line up the next hypotheses and keep compounding improvements.

Ideas in Motion

Part notebook, part playbook. These articles cover everything from marketing ops hacks to bigger reflections on growth and creativity.

Think of it as an open sketchbook: some entries are tactical, others more exploratory, but all of them connect back to how I build and think.
